Our History

Some of you have been coming to eat with us for years. It has taken a lot of work and a lot of learning to get to where we are today. Since our beginning in July 1991, Weck’s has grown to eleven restaurants with one in El Paso on the way, plus two licensed restaurants! We are incredibly happy to have been so successful and we appreciate our customers who have made it happen.

Weck’s Restaurants:

July 1991 Louisiana Plaza (moved to the current location in August 1997)
November 1994 Rio Rancho
April 2001 Osuna Road
August 2004 Juan Tabo
January 2006 Coors
November 2007 San Mateo at Lomas
February 2008 4th Street (moved to South Coors 2019)
March 2009 Paseo at Louisiana
June 2010 Los Lunas
June 2017 Cottonwood
2019 Las Cruces

Weck’s currently employs over 400 people, some who have been with us since our doors opened. We strive to provide our customers with the same small town courtesy they have grown to expect, and we always want our customers to leave satisfied and feeling great about eating with us.

We continue in our “full-belly” tradition today!
